Shipping Destinations

All orders ship from one of our five Canadian retail locations. We ship orders anywhere in Canada, excluding P.O. boxes.

Shipping Rates

All Ontario orders will be subject to a flat shipping rate of $25 CAD. All other Canadian orders will be subject to a flat shipping rate of $35 CAD. 

Taxes + Duties

All Canadian orders are subject to federal and provincial sales taxes where applicable.

A note to our U.S. customers: Due to the Executive Order of July 30th, 2025 eliminating de minimis entry (i.e., duty-free entry) into the United States of shipments valued at $800 or less, we are suspending all product shipments to the United States until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Carriers

All shipments to Canada will ship using Canada Post or Canpar; the carrier can be selected at checkout. 

Processing Times

All orders will be processed within 3–4 business days. Delivery times will vary based on carrier and destination.

Tracking Info

All shipments are tracked from the time they leave our stores. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Store Pickup

If you’re a local customer and wish to pick up your order from one of our five retail locations, you may select your preferred pickup location at checkout.
